The Lindy range of shielded fibre optic hybrid cables is a professional solution for extending HDMI® signals over longer distances. The construction of this extremely robust HDMI® hybrid cable features aramid fibers under the cable jacket and an additional shielded shell, which maintains good flexibility and high resistance to EMI and RFI. These hybrid cables are ideal for critical AV installations and professional installations such as live events and trade shows. The maximum tensile force supported is 100N with a crush resistance of 2000N. With a diameter of 6 mm, the cable is very thin, although the aramid fibres and steel sheath are located under the TPE sheath. The connectors are also extremely robust with gold-plated pins, they are enclosed in special protective sleeves, protected against damage due to transport. The internal technology provides uncompressed amplification of the HDMI® signal, allowing long distance extension of HDMI® 8K content, which is simply not possible with passive cables. With a bandwidth of 48 Gbps, these cables support HDMI® 2.1 resolutions up to 3840x2160@120Hz, and 7680x4320 / 10240x4320@60Hz. Content can be viewed in incredible detail and clarity at higher refresh rates for optimal viewing of movies, graphics or images. In addition to static HDR, HDMI® hybrid cables also support dynamic HDR formats such as Dolby Vision and HDR10+. This allows you to deliver content at every moment, whether scene by scene or even frame-by-frame, a much wider color gamut based on BT.2020 color space, higher maximum brightness and deep blacks for optimal contrast and greater color depth. Note: eARC/ARC and CEC functions are not supported for lengths greater than 30m.
