With the Flip-to-Edge mechanism, simply twist the pole to quickly swap from trimming to edging mode - the handy wheel guide makes precise cutting of lawn edges easy, for a perfect finish every time. The trimmer also features AFS®, which automatically feeds out the line from the spool when needed, without the need to stop the task. Part of the 18V POWERCONNECT™ system, this String Trimmer is supplied without a battery, making it the ideal choice if you already own a BLACK+DECKER® 18V product with a battery. You can extend your 18V collection without accumulating batteries and chargers you don't need. 18V POWERCONNECT™ batteries and chargers can also be purchased separately.
