The Cat.7 S/FTP LSZH Network Cable with Cat.6A connectors supports bandwidth up to 600MHz and features a snagless design with gold-plated contacts for Ethernet standards up to 10GBase-T. Cat.7 cable material for operating frequencies up to 600 MHz with total braided shielding and single-wire foil shielding (S/FTP) was developed for use in data centers, server rooms, network and control cabinet rackmounts, etc. for networks up to 10 GBaseT. These cables are manufactured and tested in accordance with ISO/IEC 11801 specification. Gold-plated contacts ensure reliable, corrosion-free connections for long periods of time. A sturdy snag-free strain relief design prevents damage to the connector latch during installation and disassembly. This product uses Cat.7 cable material. The Cat.7 standard originally defined the GG45 connectors, which were conceived as a further development of the RJ45, but failed to establish themselves on the market. Meanwhile, the RJ45 connector was developed to easily meet Cat.7 requirements, but was never defined for Cat.7.
