The LMP SuperDock 2 is an all-in-one USB4 solution with 15 ports for seamless data transfer, high-resolution video and audio connectivity, and fast, reliable network access via a single USB4 cable. Thanks to its Intel JHL8140 chipset, it is fully compatible with Thunderbolt 3 and 4. Featuring a 130W adapter, the SuperDock 2 provides up to 100W (Power Delivery 3.0) to any laptop that can be recharged via USB4 or Thunderbolt 3 or 4, such as MacBook Pro/Air. SuperDock 2 is compatible with macOS and Windows OS. A total of 8 USB ports - 4 on the front and 4 on the back - allows you to connect any USB device to the host computer. Speeds range from 10Gbps to 5Gbps and up to USB 2.0 (480Mbps) for low-speed devices such as keyboard and mouse. The USB-A and USB-C ports also provide up to 7.5W (BC1.2 1.5A) power to charge an iPhone or other USB-C devices. The SuperDock 2 features 2 HDMI, DisplayPort as well as a USB-C port with DP Altmode capability. Altmode DisplayPort (DP 1.4) and USB-C DP video ports can reach resolutions of 8K@30Hz or 5K@120Hz, while HDMI (HDMI 2.0) ports are capable of 5K@60Hz. Dual extended mode monitors are supported with a choice of Video 1 (HDMI #1), Video 2 (HDMI #2 or DP) and Video 3 (USB-C DP Altmode). The video signal is transmitted via the DP Altmode protocol. So check the host video support for external monitors (limitations may apply to the number of external monitors via DP Altmode). A 2.5Gbps (RJ45) network port with the latest Realtek chipset (RTL8156B) ensures a fast and reliable network connection. It is a simple plug'n'play with auto-detection of network bandwidth and support for Wake-On-LAN. On the front there is an SD card slot (SD 4.0 UHS-II) and an audio input/output (3.5 mm jack) are easily accessible. A Kensington security slot secures the SuperDock 2 and the on/off button on the back saves power when not in use. A 0.8m USB4 cable is provided so that the SuperDock 2 can be placed at a good distance from the workspace. Made of high quality aluminum with an anodized surface finish, the SuperDock 2 can be positioned horizontally or vertically, adding functionality and elegance to any setup.
