RH 52-67 V AL – Narrow base aluminium hook for installation of photovoltaic systems on roof tiles with ventilation strips of varying thickness. Supporting materials: Tiled roofs with roof tiles supported by slats of varying thickness. Advantages: The hook offers multiple adjustments: vertical lower adjustment to adapt the hook to different roof tile thicknesses and ventilation strips, vertical upper adjustment to record the distance of the profile from the top of the tile, adjustment at the top of the hook (available only in the RH H AL version) to align the profile horizontally. The high load capacity allows you to reduce the number of hooks needed. Increased stiffness limits deformation to a minimum (controlled deformation). The hook is pre-assembled and ready to use without the need for additional accessories. Made of aluminum alloy, it is durable and lightweight, for a long service life. The quick coupling (only available in the RH H AL version) is compatible with both SolarLight and SolarFish profiles via 180° rotation. Operation: Define the distance of the hooks according to the snow and wind loads of the installation area (to size the system use the SOLARPANEL-FIX software) and identify the position of the hooks according to the load-bearing structure and the layout of the system. Raise the roof tile and secure the base of the hook using the appropriate anchor determined according to the type and stratigraphy of the load-bearing support. Perform the height and width adjustments required by the type of cover and tighten the screws of the adjustable joints to lock the hook in place. Cut the removed tile to fit the shape of the hook and return it to place. In case of installation of the RH H AL version, insert the joint present on the top of the hook inside the side recess of the profile used (the joint can be rotated to fit SolarLight or SolarFish profiles) and fix it by applying a tightening torque of 20Nm. When installing the RH V AL version, connect the Solar profile to the top of the hook by inserting the hammer head screw into the side slot of the profile; clockwise turn the nut and lock the screw in place; adjust the distance of the profile from the shingles according to the desired configuration. Tighten the nut by applying a tightening torque of 10Nm. The RH V AL version allows the installation of photovoltaic modules with horizontal orientation thanks to the use of the additional LAB bracket.
