If your score is low, open the Zepp Aura section of the Zepp App and find Readiness Insights - which are generated based on a Knowledge Base created by a team of sleep health experts, and come with guidance to help you improve your score.

Body Composition Measurement: Along with providing accurate monitoring of health data like heart rate, blood-oxygen, stress level and sleep, the Amazfit Balance can also be used to quickly and easily measure eight body composition metrics from your wrist, including Body Fat, Skeletal Muscle, Muscle, Water %, Bone Mass, Protein %, BMI and Basal Metabolism.
