Description
This book will greatly benefit readers as it will lead amateurs in number theory to learn more through original, well-written exercises and various ideas that not only help the reader learn but also encourage a love for mathematics and research. Although each exercise's statement may be short, they sometimes require several pages for the solution. Thus, solving these exercises is a research activity for the reader. If they encounter difficulties, they will find the solution, which is elegantly written, well-explained, and without gaps, allowing them to learn and overcome challenges. "one hundred ways to number theory" targets all readers from amateurs to researchers without any discrimination (haha). For students, it is suitable for the number theory (arithmetic) course, regardless of the course level. I think the book can be sold everywhere since it is in English, a universal language for mathematics. The book contains 5 sections : prime numbers and divisibility , congruence , diophantine equation , modular arithmetic and the ring Z/nZ and last but not least arithmetic of polynomials and Olympiad exercises.
