Description

Description The AOC B XLR M Cat audio multipair box allows 4 separate balanced analogue audio signals (or 8 AES3 digital signals) to be transported via a network cable (not supplied) without interference. To prevent ground loops (hum), the etherCON connector is equipped with a ground lift switch. A second etherCON-THRU connector, wired in parallel, allows signals to be sent to external devices. Both etherCON connectors are protected against unlocking to prevent the cables from being unplugged inadvertently. In addition to audio signals, the AOC B XLR M transmits DMX or MIDI control signals and 48-volt phantom power via a single commercially available Ethernet cable. This means the box can be used flexibly for a wide range of applications - from live concerts and studio sessions to press conferences and other productions. Equipped with high-quality Neutrik components and a robust aluminium and steel housing, the AOC B XLR M guarantees reliable signal transport and a long service life in professional environments. Thanks to its simple, high-end look, it is also a visual asset for any installation. All this makes the AOC B XLR M a reliable and durable tool, offering an affordable and flexible alternative to traditional 4-channel multipairs, without compromising on audio quality - as usual with Palmer
