On the banks of the legendary Silent Pool, a collection of old farm buildings was transformed into a sustainable distillery, powered by a restored wood-fired steam boiler and a hand-built copper still. Inspired by the beauty of an English country garden, Silent Pool Gin is crafted with over 20 botanicals, from lavender, chamomile and rose to citrus, spices and local honey harvested on the Albury Estate.
