Stainless steel self-drilling screw with extra flat rivet head and PH shank. Designed for aluminium joinery, sheet metal mounting or joining heavy profiles to sheet metal. The self-tapping thread and drill tip allow easy drilling of metal without pilot holes. Can drill thicknesses from 0.70mm to 4.40mm. The small head size prevents interference from moving elements and can be used as a replacement for rivets. The ball shape keeps the screw hidden after installation. Features a cone between thread and head to ensure a perfect fit of the workpiece. The lower part of the head has a ring slot that allows the material produced during the drilling process to be accommodated in this area, improving the screw connection. Made of A2 stainless steel, a very robust material that extends the life of the part and protects it from corrosion even in particularly stressed areas such as interiors with high condensation or outdoors.
