PTM7950 Thermal Pad Size 40x80x0.25mm, phase change at 45 °C, thermal conductivity: 8.5 W/mK.
PTM7950 is a proprietary material that offers superior reliability (1000 hours bake at 150 °C, T/C-B 1000 cycles) and maintains low thermal impedance (<0.04 °Ccm2/W without washer), making the PTM7950 series desirable for high performance integrated circuit devices.
PTM7950 is based on a novel polymer PCM system and exhibits excellent interfacial wettability in typical operating temperature ranges, resulting in extremely low surface contact resistance.
