VAGUDE Heavy Duty Extension Floor Mount Bottom Mounting 1 Pair Drawer Runners for Undermount 400 600 800 1000 mm Hidden Under Rail Guide Slide Rails 120 kg (Bottom Mount, 800-1850 mm)

Maximum load capacity: 120 kg: the rails are made of high density, high strength, cold-rolled sheet steel with a thickness of 2 mm. They ensure the stability and safety of the drawers even with a weight of up to 120 kg. They have been tested with 800,000 impacts and pulls under full load without damage. Our guides have a service life of at least 30 years.

Underground installation: suitable for drawers with internal depths ≥1000 mm - 1100 mm. Runway length: 800 mm - extension length: 1850 mm. The runway is installed underground and must be maintained a reasonable installation distance under the drawer. Minimum clearance under the drawer: 5.4 cm (54 mm). Note: one set includes a few runways without mounting screws ️. You can buy different M4 screws depending on the installation scenario.

3-way full extension: the length of the full extension is intentionally more than twice the length of the runners, which leaves enough space for screwing screws into the stairs during installation. Due to the full-fledged full extension function of the runners, the drawer can be pulled out completely, so that the entire storage space of the drawer is easily and conveniently accessible

Rust-proof and smooth running: the rust resistance and oxidation resistance of our runners are superior to the surface thanks to the special electrophoretic coating. Industry standard solid steel balls inside not only minimise friction resistance to keep gliding smoother and quieter, but also effectively increase the load capacity of the runners.

Application: they are suitable for the cabinet work under stairs and any stair cabinet unit to achieve miracles in stair storage. Also suitable for other heavy drawers with high load capacity requirements, e.g. in wine cellars.
