Q: Why does the screen only show weight? A: Please check in Starfit APP to see if the scale has been successfully connected. When the Bluetooth connection is completed properly, the screen will show the 3 measure results after the measurement is completed. For the rest of the data, you need to enter Starfit APP to check. Q: How to connect the APP with the scale? A: Download Starfit APP and complete registration, click on "Account" and find "My Devices", then click on the "+" in the upper right corner, click on the "Bluetooth" logo on the page and you will enter the searching for the smart devices. Click on the "Bluetooth logo" on the page and it will go to "Searching for the smart devices". When you find "Runstar-R*", click to complete the connection. At this point, please note that a connected logo will appear on the screen of the scale. Q: Why does the Starfit app always show disconnected? A: Confirm that there are no other devices around that are connected to the body fat scale. If there are, please disconnect them first and give priority to connecting your device to the scale. Q: How can multiple users use the same scale? A: There are 2 ways: (1) Multiple Users with Separate Starfit Accounts. Please note only 1 Starfit account can pair with the smart scale at a time when measuring. (2) Multiple Users with a Shared Starfit Account. Users who create or log in to a Starfit account can create multiple user profiles within their account.
