Description Our hybrid Vento Jacket is made from a 160 gram lightweight merino wool blend with Tencel™ Lyocell fibers. The fine AlpineWool® merino wool, which comes from mountain sheep, is soft and has odour-neutralising properties just like the Tencel™ fibre. The natural fibre Tencel™ Lyocell is obtained from the renewable raw material wood in an environmentally friendly process. Due to its smooth fibre surface with high evaporation properties, it is characterised by excellent moisture management. For even more durability and durability, the merino wool blend is also reinforced with polyamide fibres. The wind jacket has been designed using the bodymapping principle, in which different materials are positioned on different body areas to achieve the best possible functionality. In the front we use a windproof, yet breathable nylon Tencel™ insert that sits well and does not flutter even at high bike speeds. The wind jacket comes in a sporty fit and has been specially designed for the requirements of bike tours with its longer back. The sleeves are tailored and extra long cut, so that the wrist remains well protected even when cycling. Features such as the stylish, contrasting zip pocket at the back, the full-length front zip and the high-closing collar that protects against draughts make the wind jacket the ideal companion on any bike, gravel or bike to climb tours. For added visibility, the wind jacket has coral red neon reflective strips that reflect the light of the car headlights in the dark.
