When the TAMIYA Avante was first delivered in 1988, it conquered the RC world and thousands of fans. Almost a quarter of a century later, there is another Avante, the Avante 2011 on a modernized chassis. The 2011 version is limited to 333 units in Germany. The original fiberglass decks have been replaced by 2mm thick carbon fiber decks, which improves stability. The chassis is optimized for the installation of modern RC parts. The rear shock absorber is stronger and now also reinforced with carbon fiber. A transverse connection between the right and left arm increases stability. The original steering knuckles have been replaced by strong and lightweight aluminum parts for better performance. The body, rear wing and polycarbonate side panels are designed for heavy off-road use. The packaging of the 2011 model has the same design as the original version. The "Avante" logo and stickers on the rear wing are unchanged. The other elements of the deco sheet have the modern Tamiya design. If a child assembles the model, an adult under supervision should also have read the instructions. When assembling the construction box, tools are used, including knives. Take special care to avoid injury. If problems arise during assembly, ask an adult to supervise or a model builder with RC experience or a specialist dealer. Use tools only for the purpose for which it is intended. If used incorrectly, there is a risk of injury. If you use paint and/or glue (not included with the sealant), please observe the instructions that come with the kit and follow them. Keep the kit away from small children. Prevent children from putting parts in their mouths or pulling plastic bags over their heads.
