Thin drill bits can break easily than thick bits, so drill more carefully while using a thinner drill bit, make sure it is perfectly straight. 2. Before start drilling, use some cutting oil. Don’t push with much pressure since it can damage the drill bit. 4. Slowly start drilling the intro surface and then gradually increase the speed. Drilling with high speed at starting point can cause slipping off.
