Thick, glossy and big on flavour, the MAGGI Original Gravy 1.8kg gravy mix takes the hassle out of creating delicious, authentic gravy. The ideal accompaniment to a wide range of classic meat dishes. MAGGI Original Gravy 1.8kg mix allows chefs to serve up a gravy that can be used as prepared delivering consistency of flavour, without the hassle of making it from scratch. One tub allows chefs to serve up to 26 litres of gravy, an ideal cost and time-saving solution for any business. Ingredients WHEAT flour, modified corn starch, iodised salt salt, potassium iodate, flavour enhancer monosodium glutamate, flavourings WHEAT, maltodextrin, colour ammonia caramel, sugar, contains sunflower oil and/or palm oil, onion, acid citric acid, sage, basil, bay leaf Directions Mix 68g of Maggi Original Gravy Mix with 250ml cold water until smooth. Whisk mixture into 750ml boiling water. Gradually return to the boil, whisking continuously. Simmer for 1 minute whisking occasionally.
