The latter consists of two rectangular zones of 21 x 19 cm, which can be used separately or as a single cooking zone that allows you to cook with larger containers in different shapes. It maintains a homogeneous temperature throughout the cooking process and provides each dish with the heat it needs. In this way, you can cook with complete comfort and achieve professional results. The recommended grades for each food are: 70/80°C: Melt chocolate, butter or cheese: e.g. fondue. 90/100°C: Reheat food. 110/120°C: Preparing sauces or vegetable stews. 140°C: fry with extra virgin olive oil, margarine or butter: e.g. omelets. 160°C: fry fish, meatballs or sausages. 180/200°C: roast steaks (medium or well prepared), fresh ragu or vegetables. 220℃: fry steaks (little fried), frozen fries or popcorn. Thanks to Home Connect, you can take your Bosch induction hob anywhere. The app with which you only need to take care of the food as it gives you several additional functions that make your everyday life easier. If you suspect that your induction hob is not working normally, remote diagnostics via the app is able to quickly solve small incidents remotely or perform a pre-diagnosis so that the Bosch technician carries the replacement required for the repair.
