Motion detector with 120° field of view and 10m range - TriSensor 8 is equipped with accurate IR sensor technology to detect the smallest movements of people at a range of up to 10m. The sensitivity can be set in 3 levels (high, medium and low) and the motion detection period can be set in stages between 30 seconds and one hour.

Local connection, no cloud required - TriSensor 8 is equipped with the latest smart home standard of the Z-Wave 800 series. This means that the highest security standards are met with 2 Factor Authentication, AES 128 encryption and Z-Wave Secure. The connection to your smart home centre is made locally without a connection to the cloud.

Light sensor with a measuring range of 0 - 30,000 lux - TriSensor 8 measures the light intensity in the smart home precisely and just in time. This allows lights to be automated depending on the amount of daylight. In addition, roller shutters and external blinds, for example, can be intelligently automated depending on the incidence of sunlight.

Temperature measurement from -10°C to 50°C - The unique design ensures optimum ventilation of the temperature sensor. This means that temperature changes can be recognised more quickly and warnings about rapidly rising temperatures in your smart home can be sent immediately.

Range of up to 1.5 km - Z-Wave Long Range - Thanks to the latest Z-Wave 800 chip, TriSensor 8 has the ability to transmit over a range of up to 1.5 km to the smart home hub. This feature is not yet available in Europe, but a firmware update will make this function available in the future.
