Assembly The Homematic IP motion detector with switching actuator - exterior, anthracite, can be flexibly mounted outdoors thanks to the weatherproof housing (IP44) and the wide temperature range from -20 to +55 °C. Thanks to the power supply of 230 V, no battery operation is required. Fail-proof. An alarm can also be triggered when the Internet connection is inactive, as the Homematic IP smart home devices communicate directly with each other. Twilight sensor. The integrated twilight sensor reports the brightness value of the detected outdoor area to the Homematic IP app. This means that optionally integrated outdoor lights can be automatically switched on and off.
