Use a commercially available descaling product like Citric Acid and follow the instruction of the manufacturer to prepare around 250ml of descaling solution. Empty the product of the remaining water, pour in the descaling solution and squeeze the trigger a couple of times to clean out the mop and nozzle. Allow it to react for 8 hours, squeeze the trigger a couple of times before emptying the descaling solution. also need to stick a pin in the bottom of the nozzle and clean around this to get rid of any debris.
