Its waterproof outer materials are made from lightweight, two-layer DryVent™ fabric, with taped seams and a water-repellent finish. This way you stay dry, protected from the wind and won't get too hot and sweaty in the process.The shell jacket is ideal for hiking in shifting conditions. A placket conceals its center front zip, there's Velcro® straps at the cuffs, the hem has a convenient shock cord and the adjustable hood is stowable. The lining is made of soft mesh taffeta. A smooth, brushed knit chin guard and two hand pockets finish it all off nicely.
