Thanks to the two-layer ceramic coating (free from PFOA and PTFE), the use of oil and frying fat in the braising pan can be greatly reduced for healthier and nutrient-preserving cooking and nothing burns

The deep pan is suitable for all hob types: Gas, glass ceramic, electric and induction, ovenproof up to 230°C (with lid up to 180°C) and offers a long-lasting non-stick effect with high scratch resistance and first-class abrasion resistance
