When using, only the stone is preheated in the oven, grease lightly after heating. Recommended heating time: approx. 90 minutes with top/bottom heat at 250 °C for approx. 20 minutes of use. Replacement stones (art. no. 16648) available.

The stone grill can be used in a variety of ways for cooking fish, meat, vegetables and much more. As the stone and board become very hot, a fireproof base on the table and tongs are required. The stone can be heated up to 300°C
