Our signature Swiss dark chocolate is made from 70% cocoa, perfect for adding to all kinds of baking recipes. Delicious, luxurious Swiss chocolate, suitable for snacking or baking. Ingredients Cocoa mass (Ivory Coast, Ecuador, Ghana), sugar, cocoa butter, BUTTERFAT, natural Madagascar vanilla flavour. Directions To use Menier Swiss Dark Cooking Chocolate in your recipes, you can melt it using a double boiler or microwave in short intervals to avoid overheating. For a double boiler, place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, ensuring the bowl does not touch the water. Stir occasionally until melted. For the microwave, heat in 15-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Use the melted chocolate in recipes for cakes, brownies, cookies, and sauces to add a rich, intense chocolate flavor.
