This book highlights the issues of monitoring and management of the conditions necessary for the proper operation of modern systems of engineering protection of water resources. The ways to improve the economic efficiency of the environmental programs and integrated approaches to the creation of all-encompassing policies for the use of natural resources are discussed in this monograph, alongside with a new model describing technogenic disasters that have been created to determine the trajectory of the flow of oil and oil products spilled in the rivers and their penetration into the soil.
