Il ProQ 90 FLAT è la risposta alle molte richieste dei pescatori di avere un ProQ 90 con assetto orizzontale. Può servire a stimolare anche i pesci più apatici che dal fondo vedono una sagoma a forma di pesce che si staglia sulla area. Ha le stesse caratteristiche del 90 da cui deriva ed è più facile nell'innescare il movimento wtd. Molto reattivo anche in condizioni di mare mosso. Il ProQ 90 FLAT è il modello dedicato in particolar modo alla spigola e alla lampuga con i quali ha dato grandissimi risultati ma in generale a tutti i pesci che attaccano artificiali di surface. Il rattling è piuttosto sordo e produce leggeri suoni a bassa frequenza. Rispetto all'original ha una "bocca" leggermente più ampia per creare più schizzi.
