Safety guarantee: the battery can be charged up to 20% for safety reasons. Therefore, fully charge it before use. The battery is CE and ROHS certified and is designed to prevent harmful leakage. High-quality lithium-ion cell contains no Hg / Cd / Pd and does not pollute the environment.
