Due to colder temperatures, our Organic Propolis and Pine Throat Syrup may naturally thicken or partially solidify during transit or storage. To return it to a liquid consistency, place the bottle in a bowl of warm water (around 45°C). After a short while, it will gently soften. Continue to keep in the room temperature. Once it’s liquid again, give it a good shake before use.
