Before each use, water the roasting pan for 10-20 minutes according to the enclosed instructions. Then place all food in the clay roaster, place the casserole in the cold oven and set the desired cooking temperature. After cooking, place on a cloth or wooden coaster.

For a long service life, we recommend cleaning by hand with hot water, a brush and a little mild detergent. Finally, rinse with clean water and store the inverted lid pot in an airy shelf space.
