Prepare the eye area by applying a primer or concealer to create a smooth base for the eyeshadow. 2. Using an eyeshadow brush, apply the eyeshadow to the eyelid, blending it outwards and upwards towards the brow bone for a natural look, or intensifying the color for a smoky eye effect. 3.
