How To Use Your Pillowcase: The Hooga Grounding pillowcase is very easy to use. Simply insert your pillow into the pillow case, snap the grounding connection cord onto the metal stud on the corner of the pillow case, and plug the other end of the cord into the grounding jack of a grounded wall outlet. When any of your skin is in contact, you will then be directly connected to the earth, providing grounding benefits.

Caring For Your Pillowcase: To wash the grounding pillow case, we recommend washing it by itself using cold water and a gentle, natural detergent.
