Simply remove your old protective film, solder the output jack and ground wires, screw in the new protector and you can rock with pure Fender sound. No other pickup gives you the powerful, clean and clear surf rock tones of mid-60s Stratocaster guitars like cleverly constructed, meaty sounding Pure Vintage '65 Strat pickups. From vintage coil construction to true original era fabric wiring, all Fender Pure vintage pickups are wound to precise specifications to ensure authentic, traditional Fender tone and performance. The addition of a reverse polarity mid-range pickup eliminates 60-cycle hum in positions 2 and 4 and adds the classic Stratocaster quack to these positions.
