An polymer enhanced, flexible sealant and gap‐filler designed for sealing all tongue and groove laminate flooring. When cured it can be varnished or wood stained if required. Conforms to BS EN 15651‐1. Uses Bond It LAMI-MATE stays permanently flexible and can be used for sealing all types of laminate and hardwood flooring. It is ideal for draught proofing around timber flooring to provide an effective dust and air tight seal. It can also be used for sealing around timber window and door frames as well as all types of fitted furniture i.e. bedroom and kitchen fittings, laminate worktops, etc. LAMI-MATE is also suitable for sealing glass panels into kitchen unit doors. Suitable for internal and external use. Preparation Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from grease or any contaminants that may hinder adhesion. Limitations Do not use in conjunction with bitumen or asphalt. For perimeter use only, do not use in areas subject to mechanical abrasion. Do not attempt to sand down. Caution: The colour on application will be different to the colour achieved when fully cured.
