Description

The BKK GT-REX Hook is designed to tackle the toughest fish, such as Giant Trevally and Bluefin Tuna, when popping. The hook features BKK's strongest Japanese carbon steel, BKK-81WV, which provides superior elasticity and resilience, while the hook point adopts BKK's best hook point processing technology for excellent impaling power. To increase strength, the hook bend is perfectly curved and features the deepest and widest hook point in the industry, preventing the hook from coming off during the fight. The hook also incorporates BKK's Slim Ring Technology and has a shorter welded section and shank, reducing the overall weight. The hook point is hand ground for enhanced penetration and the hook eye is optimized for easy attachment of split rings. The GT-REX is also treated with BKK's Ultra-Antirust Coating, which prevents rusting for up to 300 hours. The hook is available in sizes 5/0, 6/0, and 7/0.
