Description

Commuter Congas are portable drums that are perfect for musicians on the go. They are available with head sizes of 10", 11" and 12" and come standard with Remo Fiberskyn heads. The addition of the 12" size completes the range for a traditional quinto, conga and tumba setup. The drums are available separately with or without stands, or you can choose a set of two with a double stand. The tension brackets are accessible from above, making it easy and quick to adjust the sound and tuning. The 10-inch drum has a 3-inch diameter port on the bottom, which makes the highs sound loud and clear and brings out the slaps. The 11-inch drum has a 6-inch diameter opening at the bottom, providing amazing midrange tones and just the right amount of bass. The 12-inch drum also has a 6-inch diameter opening for deeper bass and fuller midrange tones. The sturdy steel stand has an adjustable arm to securely hold both sizes of Commuter Conga. Add a third Commuter Conga to get a true quinto, conga and tumba setup.
