This heater pad is the an essential piece of home brew equipment required to create a perfect beer, wine, cider or kombucha. Brewing Mate Heat Pad has a variable power output thermostat allowing you to dial in the exact fermentation temperature to keep the yeast healthy and thriving. Remember, in low temperatures fermentation may stall and in high temperatures the yeast might produce off flavours. Our 30cm home brewing heat pad fits demijohns, 5 gallon beer fermenters, and other larger vessels such as kegs. Our brew pad has a safety shut off mechanism, which cuts off power at 50C to avoid overheating. The homebrew pad provides large contact surface with the beer fermenter avoiding yeast scorching. This heating pad is an important addition to your home brew and bread making accessories, especially if you are forced to brew in a cool shed, garage or a cellar. It is also ideal for use in a fermentation fridge.
