CONCEPT Newtok is a pant designed for mountaineering activities and the most hostile ascents. It has a construction according to the principle of body mapping: 4-way stretch bistructure polyester as the main fabric to ensure comfort and freedom of movement and brushed Lycra on the back of the knee for greater breathability and mobility. Stretch nylon printed with ceramic particles has been applied to the main fabric in the knee area and inside and bottom of the leg to give further protection from the most frequent abrasions in those areas. At the waist, Newtok features a belt, lined with quick dry mesh, adjustable with hook and daisy-chain. On the bottom of the trousers there is an opening with a bellows zip to adapt to boots, while inside the bottom of the leg there is an elastic with internal silicone coating that prevents the trousers from rising during the activity by letting snow and humidity enter .
