Increased brightness for far and near field illumination. Particularly when driving on rural and dirt roads, a greater range of visibility can play a key role in ensuring safety. The LEDriving® Lightbar FX500-SP SM GEN 2 provides additional, near and far field illumination on dark roads with up to 3.930 Lumen. Even in poor visibility conditions or at dusk, the 15 high-performance LEDs reach a light distance of up to 470 meters and daytime lighting conditions with a color temperature of 6000 Kelvin. The driving light impresses with its special reflector design and ensure not only a modern and appealing look but also reduces glare for more visibility on the road. It can be used as both a supplementary LED high beam headlight and a powerful working light. The light is fully ECE-compliant in both versions and therefore suitable for use on roads. Additionally, OSRAM has developed a specially designed mounting kit, compatible with all driving lights of the Functional series FX Gen 2 for individual mounting. Versatile applicable, it defies numerous environmental influences and, thanks to high-quality materials such as the aluminum housing and the stable polycarbonate lens, it is particularly light and at the same time robust and resistant. Complete polarity protection both prevents damage from excess voltage and contributes to a longer lifespan. The LEDriving® Lightbar FX500-SP SM GEN 2 has been tested and validated with the IP-Protection Classes IP6K8 & IP6K9K in our DIN certified environmental simulation laboratory for extreme external influences regarding water, dust, impacts, heat, cold and permanent vibration. Its variability gives the FX series a flexible range of uses. They can be attached to cars, trucks, agricultural machinery, commercial vehicles, construction vehicles, caravans, off-road vehicles and quads."
