The ZIPRO Slant training bench is the right device for a home gym, both for those who are just starting to exercise and for advanced people. This allows you to perform many exercises for the abdominal muscles, and thanks to the additional equipment it offers even more possibilities. Especially the expanders can be useful for stretching exercises, for example.

Key Features

ZIPRO Slant is a weight bench that adapts to the needs of the user. The adjustment allows you to ensure that all parts of your abs are stressed during exercise and you get more comfort during training.

To allow a variety of exercises, the weight bench is equipped with a five-level angle adjustment in the range of 20° - 30°. The upper backrest, the height of the foam pad for knees and feet are adjustable.

The exercises with the expanders can be performed in different positions: sitting on the bench with the face forward, standing with your face to the bench, lying on your back and lying on your stomach - and in each position different muscle parts are trained.

The training bench is made from high-quality materials to provide the user with a reasonable level of safety. Thanks to the sturdy steel profiles, the construction can easily handle exercises with the user's own weight.

The adjustment profiles are screwed together with a rotary knob. This is a practical and user-friendly solution. The tilt angle and height of the foam knee pad can be adjusted independently.
