It features a ceramic interior coating for effortless non-stick cooking, and an attractive blue silicone outer coating, for enhanced durability. The silicone sleeve on the metallic handle ensures it stays cool to the touch, for greater safety and comfortable handling. The coatings are PFOA-free, ensuring your cooking is healthy and safe. It’s suitable for all hob types, including induction, enabled by the stainless steel induction plate on the base, which also allows for fast cooking. It is not suitable for oven use due to the silicone handle. Remember to avoid metal utensils and instead use silicone, nylon, plastic, bamboo or wooden to stir food to ensure your frying pan always remains as good as the day you bought it. Don’t forget to wash and dry it well before storing, including after removal from the dishwasher, and you’ll have clean and efficient frying every time. It’s practical, it’s durable and it’s made in Brazil.
