Product Description Helps reduce signs of occasional gum inflammation (swelling, redness, occasional bleeding). Helps prevent dry mouth, mouth ulcers, oral irritation. Its composition is characterised by the presence of high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid, which is similar to the hyaluronic acid naturally present in the oral mucosa. Under normal conditions, high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid is particularly concentrated in the outermost layers of healthy gum tissue, where it contributes to the barrier function. In periodontal disease and other tissue lesions (inflammatory conditions, gingival pockets and sores), the tissue requirement of hyaluronic acid increases considerably (by up to 200% above the baseline values), demonstrating its role in keeping gums healthy. Its formulation, 96% of which consists of ingredients of natural origin, contains: - Hyaluronic acid, which restores and protects gum tissue in the case of gingivitis, periodontal disease, irritation and occasional bleeding. The hyaluronic acid contained in the toothpaste reduces discomfort by forming a long-lasting protective film on the gums, due to a patented mucoadhesive complex. - Lactoferrin, which protects the oral mucosa against the bacteria responsible for the development of tooth decay. - Aloe vera extract, betaine and bisabolol, which perform a soothing action. - Fluoride, which helps strengthen and protect tooth enamel. - Xylitol, which aids the normal salivation process and makes the product suitable for use even in a dry mouth. - A mint-lemon flavoured toothpaste for fresh breath. Low foam formation, enabling the protective film to remain in place for a long time. Gengigel toothpaste has a very low abrasive effect on both dentine and enamel, ensuring gentle action on teeth and gums. Directions for use: use daily, 2 to 3 times a day, after main meals, applying with a soft toothbrush. Gengigel toothpaste can be used in conjunction with other Gengigel products, for optimal results.
