GLOBAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND LEADERSHIP ACCELERATOR PROGRAMME: GELAP HANDBOOK (GELAP HANDBOOK SERIES)

How are we normalising inclusive practices to drive economic growth for a more accessible, equitable, and sustainable innovative world? These pedagogically inclusive GELAP Handbook series are moving us all beyond leadership issues and myths to accelerating economic growth with entrepreneurship. These include equity and inclusivity in business start-ups, small business enterprises, and self-employment while innovating with team diversity and investing in sustainable practices for value creation in the future generations of a globalised cohorts - new and existing entrepreneurs and leaders. Things being done through equality in business opportunities and new job creations. Among the 450 people surveyed from over ten different countries, 80% feel that the world would be a better place if business, education, and government adopted a more diversifying and inclusive approach in the way things are done. Also, drawing from panel discussions at a global summit and interviews with 30 (10 males and 20 females) people from different innovative and charity-based organisations including academicians, business owners, CEOs, co-founders, entrepreneurs, community-based programme coordinators, and high-profile leaders in nine nations on how we can be more inclusive, it was revealed that there are significant astonishing values in disrupting old practices by providing equitable opportunities and sustainable innovation practices for marginalised, underrepresented, and underprivileged groups - men and women alike in areas such as access to education, financing and funding for more business start-ups, job creation, self-employment, and entrepreneurship and social inclusion policy. This global trend marks a diversion away from one-sided entrepreneurship or leadership education to an inclusive pedagogical approach - combining and integrating both aspects of learning for advancing opportunities and expanding an inclusive delivery. Consequently, the outcome from my research led to the design of a ground-breaking course and one of its kind handbooks - Global Entrepreneurship and Leadership Accelerator Programme (GELAP)®. To better comprehend the diverseness of this inclusive GELAP Handbook, it is designed to provide high-end solutions through collaborative, integrative, inquiry-led practice-based and research-informed discussions, while also connecting entrepreneurship with a reframed leadership contexts for business (start-ups) acceleration and best educational practices. The comprehensiveness and uniqueness of GELAP Handbook revolves around its five (5) hybrid pathways that give you a coherent and state-of-the-art interface. Within each pathway, a series of model-led approaches, templates, and creative-like activities are embedded with personalised feedback sheets to actively engage the learners. This provides a real opportunity for learners to reflect on their GELAP journey of the greats and utilise the experience to prepare for their forthcoming business-led or women-leader opportunities. As outlined in the table of contents, the aforementioned pathways are logically organised around fifteen (15) modern modules offering a range of opportunity options supporting the developmental activities of aspiring and advanced entrepreneurs and leaders.
