Everbuild Everflex 450 Premium+ Builders Silicone Sealant is a premium quality, low modulus, noncorrosive neutral cure silicone sealant that adheres to virtually all substrates, both porous and nonporous. Use it on a variety of substrates including perimeter pointing internally and externally around PVCu, wood and all other window frames. Suitable for weather sealing and joint sealing to preformed panels, general glazing sealing and draughtproofing. The perfect sealant to adhere glasstoglass and glasstoaluminium and much more. This low modulus sealant has high resistance to plasticiser migration, meaning it can be used over waterbased and solventbased paints.

Bedding insulated glass units in accordance with relevant clauses of BS8000 Part 7 and High resistance to plasticizer migration - may be used over water-based and solvent-based paints

Suitable as an expansion joint sealant with Excellent flexibility - +/- 25% and excellent adhesion - adheres to most common surfaces including glass, metals, plastics, and wood also Suitable for use on polycarbonate.

Weather sealing for parapet and roofs and joint sealing to pre-formed panels and General glazing sealing and draughtproofing, including repair work over existing sealant.
