Everbuild Everflex 450 Premium+ Builders Silicone Sealant is a premium quality, low modulus, non-corrosive neutral cure silicone sealant that adheres to virtually all substrates, both porous and non-porous. Use it on a variety of substrates including perimeter pointing internally and externally around PVCu, wood and all other window frames. Suitable for weather sealing and joint sealing to pre-formed panels, general glazing sealing and draught-proofing. The perfect sealant to adhere glass-to-glass and glass-to-aluminium and much more. This low modulus sealant has high resistance to plasticiser migration, meaning it can be used over water-based and solvent-based paints.
