Description Combining an ultralight yet supportive insert, a rockered midsole and a SurfaceCTRL™ grip, our VECTIV™ technology is designed to maximise energy along the way. In the Exploris series, this means hiking shoes designed for long distances. But while they have all the features of the original, this version has a few tweaks. The underfoot plate is wider for greater stability. The outsole is 2mm taller for improved comfort and support. The rockered midsole features a heel and forefoot fork and a TPU plate for greater lateral displacement and stability. Engineered with The North Face® athletes, the FUTURELIGHT™ membrane is more waterproof and breathable than ever. The heel and toe are reinforced for added protection on rocky trails, while 4mm lugs keep you grounded on even the roughest terrain.
