With its striking neon print “Be Different Since ’66” on the front and the vertical Ovation lettering on the back, this jacket stands for the roots of a brand that revolutionised guitar making. Founded by Charles Kaman, an engineer from aerospace, Ovation Guitars questioned existing concepts early on. With innovative materials such as Lyrachord® and the characteristic Roundback® construction, a completely new sound was created, which became established worldwide. Visually, the jacket also reflects this DNA: the stylised control knobs and “Treble” elements are reminiscent of the iconic controls of Ovation electro-acoustic guitars. Made from recycled polyester, the windbreaker not only offers a pleasant wearing comfort, but is also functional – lightweight, breathable and ideal for changeable conditions. The classic cut with collar and press-stud placket ensures a clean look that can be combined in many ways. A jacket for those who not only listen to music, but show their attitude.
