Pressure cooker made of 18/10 stainless steel; hygienic, anti-corrosion and extremely shiny. Featuring a high thickness bottom with serrated steel disc and melted on the aluminium disc, it ensures excellent heat distribution and prevents food from sticking. The anti-scald bakelite handles take the design of the first Lagostina pressure cooker from 1960; the steel weight valve has a lever for 360° steam evacuation. Equipped with 5 safety systems for worry-free use.
