Wet the toothbrush head and apply toothpaste. 4. Place the toothbrush in your mouth, ensuring it's at a 45-degree angle to your gums. 5. Press the power button to start brushing. 6. Gently move the toothbrush across all your teeth surfaces. 7. Brush for the dentist-recommended 2 minutes. 8. Rinse your mouth and the toothbrush after brushing.
