Directions Wet the toothbrush head, apply toothpaste, place the toothbrush head against your teeth at a 45 degree angle, turn on the toothbrush, gently move the brush head in a circular motion, clean all surfaces of your teeth, gums and tongue, use the different brushing modes as needed, brush for 2 minutes, rinse your mouth and toothbrush head and replace the brush head every 3 months.
