Wet the toothbrush head and apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. 2. Place the toothbrush head against your teeth at a 45-degree angle towards the gum line. 3. Press the power button to start the toothbrush and move it gently across all your teeth, ensuring you cover the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces. 4. Brush for two minutes, spending equal time on each quadrant of your mouth. 5. After brushing, spit out any remaining toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly. 6. Rinse the toothbrush head under running water and store it in a dry, upright position. 7. Replace the toothbrush head every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed. 8.
